Sometimes when you are newly engaged, the stress and craziness of wedding planning is something that you don’t want to immediately think of. Instead you want to bask in the new glow of saying “Yes” to the biggest question of your life.
In the case of Kayley and Chandler, they know they want something intimate and they think maybe elopement is a possibility… but while they talk and decide what best works for them (because remember everyone, the wedding is about you two and no one else!!!!) they really wanted some engagement photos to be able to atleast share with their close family & friends.
We decided to take this engagement adventure to Umstead Park because there is so much nature from the water to the trees and one thing that Kayley was sure of, was that she wanted fall leaves and to perfectly document the beauty of fall in her engagement photos. Some of my favorite shots include them standing along the shore and on the bridge just simply looking at each other, the softest shyest smiles on their faces. It was very tenderhearted and a very beautiful afternoon.
