Downtown Raleigh LGBTQI+ Engagement Photos with Lauren & Anna
Lauren & Anna met at work and are laidback homebodies who often spend their weekends at local breweries or rooftop bars. They are going to elope sometime in Asheville, but wanted to have their engagement shots taken in the area that they know best and where they spend a lot of their time together during their day to day lives.
Our stroll around downtown Raleigh gave me the chance to get to know the two of them in an intimate way. It’s so fun and so important to get to know my clients, because I work with them on one of the most important day of their lives and the rapport is not just important for that one interaction. Sometimes I get to see them later for family pictures or other projects they want to work on.
In this case, Lauren & Anna knew me through Alli & Blake, whom are my close friends but also allowed me to document their wedding day for them in Chapel Hill.
