Backyard Family Session with Emily & John
Spring is here and that means it’s time for family photos! For this session, I had the honor of doing a backyard shoot with Emily, John, and their three adventurous kids (Owen, Weston, & Waylon).
Everyone was all smiles and the kiddos were more than ready to give me individual poses, showing off their goofy personalities, as well as group sibling photos. I mean, just look at how cute the older brothers are as they try to make their baby brother smile. It absolutely made this photographer’s heart melt.
I have known Emily since we were kids and watching as her family grows bigger and bigger through the years has been such an honor. I still think about her maternity shoot often, especially how radiant she looked posing with her chicken! That farmhouse shoot was pretty memorable, if I do say so myself.
Family photos are such a great way to capture love, growth, and to capture a moment that will be cherished throughout the years. And having a moment to catch up with my friends and be goofy with their kids is a fun day to spend a Spring day!
