Who says that the beach is only good for summer photos?
Britt, Erik & Axton proved otherwise in this family session at Wilmington! It was the dead of winter, but it still felt warm and cuddly when they all posed together along the water. I especially loved using the boardwalk to frame the shot of them in the sand and luckily the weather and water worked with us to create the perfect backdrop for these photos.
One thing about family photos is that I always try to capture little one on one moments of individual parents with their kiddos. It’s a nice way to bring out the different relationships and seeing the kids bring out the easy going and fun sides of the parents. It’s also a great way to make everyone loosen up when you aren’t used to having the camera in your face!
But the best best part of a family session like this? The dog coming out to play too!!! Don’t forget that fur babies are always welcome with this photographer!
